Marketing Mailer Fulfillment Coordinator

Valuable Final Product : Mailers, Member Sequences, and Media Shipped

Summary: Receiving and managing media inventory. Assembling and shipping member sequences and one-off marketing mailers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Retrieve & merge audio files from the server to be merged/exported; burn files to discs and transfer to MP3 players/apple products
  • Follow-up with missing files and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and current inventory of materials
  • Data validation, entry and management within Excel, online databases, and server
  • Light troubleshooting periodically
  • Assembling, prepping, and shipping Member sequence materials daily
  • Assembling, prepping, and shipping one-off marketing mailers daily
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent, at least one-year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Mac OS and related software preferred
  • Computer skills required: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, iTunes, and inventory software
  • Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve. Strong analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Strong documentation and record keeping a must
  • Time management – Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt and react quickly to changes and deadlines
