  1. The first person that needs to be there is YOU, as the Owner of the business, you must OWN Culture.
  2. The next person that should be there is your Human Resources person or the equivalent. Everyone has this person, you just might not call them your HR person. It’s the person that handles the New Employee paperwork, handles days off, etc, this might be your Office Manager, a Team Leader, who is this person for your Practice?
  3. Next, if you have a Partner or Spouse heavily involved in the business they should attend. Partners and spouses must be on the same page when it comes to Culture, you can’t have separate Cultures when one person is there vs. when the other person is there.
  4. Lastly, if you have an Alpha Team Leader that could have a great positive impact and implement and influence the Culture in your Practice, they should also be there.
